About Creating a Difference

Our Mission

At Creating a Difference, our mission is to provide education and resources to support youth homelessness, mental health and wellness in our community for all ages.

Our Programs

We are planning on starting  a variety of programs and services to support youth homelessness, including shelter, counseling, support groups, and educational workshops.

Our Impact

Over the past year, we have helped over 150 elderly individuals in our community. Sometimes all one needs is a little companionship.
